A formal engagement, including our management fee (typically 25–30% of booking revenue, confirmed in writing based on property type, size and service level), scope of services, and insurance terms, is only established once both parties sign a separate written Property Management Agreement. These Terms do not replace or summarise that agreement

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, the NCM Group name and brand, and the layout and design of the Website, is the property of NCM Group AS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
